From Guildford: Exit the A3 direction Ripley. At the end of the slip road take the first exit signed ‘Tannery Studios’ from the roundabout onto the A247 direction Woking.

After a mile, turn right into Tannery Lane (signed Tannery Studios) after Londis and immediately before the garage. From London: Exit the A3 signed Ockham / Ripley / Send. Proceed under the A3 then turn left onto the A470 to Woking. Continue through Ripley village for 3 miles. At the roundabout after the Shell garage, turn right signed Send / Woking. After a ¬mile, cross over traffic lights then turn right after Londis into Tannery Lane.

It is only a five minute walk from local amenities, and the office and studio complex benefits from a quiet waterside location on the Wey Navigation Canal. Rail – London Waterloo is only a 25-minute train journey away, and can be reached from Woking Train Station, which is less than 4 miles drive away, or a short taxi ride.
